How is Deathfulness different from Mindfulness when focusing on death
The purpose of mindfulness is to live in the present and appreciate and accept each moment of time. When focusing on death someone might reprioritized aspects of their life or relationships that they have.
Deathfulness removes our consciousness, our perceived body and our emotions away from the present. This helps to take the focus away from us, the demise of our mental and physical health and our own death. This is achieved by focusing on life after we have died and the impact that our death and the choices we made impact others in the future.
